Vodka
In schnapps, vodka has an alcohol content of
37.5 to 40%. Vodka can also be a few
percent higher. The original varieties can
contain up to 50% alcohol.
Rum
Rum has an alcohol content of at least
37.5%. The Austrian Strohrum
has 80% alcohol.
Whisky
A good whisky is a drink that
should be enjoyed in peace.
It should contain at least
40% alcohol.
Korn
Korn, which is brewed from grain, must
have at least 32% alcohol by volume.
The so-called Doppelkorn must even
contain 38% alcohol.
Fruit brandies
Fruit brandies have an alcohol content
of at least 37.5%, but there are
also variants with 40% or more.
Gin
Gin was discovered in the 18th century
and has an alcohol content of 40-50%.
